 Become A Tutor:

How To Apply:

You can download a tutor application form here.

You can also download and read the Terms and Conditions of Engagement for U Can Do I.T. Freelance Tutors.

The application form sets out all the information we need in order to consider you as a U Can Do I.T. tutor, but you will also need to apply for Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance.

Download and view the instructions for obtaining CRB clearance here

1. Complete the application form and return it to the U Can Do I.T. office by e-mail to: admin@ucandoit.org.uk

2. Soon after receiving your application form we will contact you to let you know whether your application is satisfactory in principle. Remember the application form includes three personal references, which we must take up. Therefore it may take some days before we are able to get in touch with you, depending on how quickly your personal referees respond to our enquiry.

3. Before the next stage of your acceptance by us, it is essential that you obtain a satisfactory Police Access Clearance by making an application to your local Police Station and paying a £10 fee. This takes about 6 weeks.

4. Once you have obtained your Police Access Clearance you will be invited to attend an interview at our office. If you are successful at the interview, you will be welcomed as an accredited U Can Do I.T. Freelance Tutor.

At present we are only recruiting Tutors to cover the London Boroughs. For administrative reasons, we want to achieve full coverage in London before expanding throughout the United Kingdom.

We really do welcome your application.
