Hi Everyone
Unfortunately our Chairman, Anthony Wigram, was involved in a car accident at the end of September and will be out of action until next year. However, with the use of modern technology he is able to keep in regular touch with the office to ensure everything is running smoothly. Get well soon Anthony.
We spent the beginning of the month sending and processing application forms generated by our recent advert in Getting There magazine. You’ll see from the monthly figures, that we were quite busy!
We have been lucky enough to receive funding from various organisations to provide free recycled computers to a number of students. In certain cases this is dependent on certain criteria – for eligibility and availability please contact the admin department. This has involved extra work for the admin department but thanks to our computer supplier PC Disposals and the U Can Do IT tutors everything is running relatively smoothly.
October has been a record month in respect of lessons given – so a big thank you to all of the U Can Do IT tutors for all of their hard work.
