Week Commencing 7th April
On Wednesday 9th April Cliff Docherty visited the South West London Headway Group. Headway, which supports people who have received injury to the brain, is a charity with which we have a growing connection. Thanks to Julie Bridgewater, a U Can Do I.T course graduate and Headway member, we have been given the opportunity to meet various groups around London and tell them about our work. As a result we"ve been receiving enquiries and several people are currently going through the application process.Also this week Cliff attended a meeting of partners in Action For Blind People"s community access project. Although the SRB funding came to an end on March 31st, the group have decided to continue working together as the collaboration has been such a success.
