Week Commencing 21st April
This week saw the arrival of Chris Garbett at U Can Do I.T. taking over the valuable work Cliff Docherty had been doing to build up and develop relationships with other organisations in order to increase the number ofStudent referrals. Chris was previously working in commerce, and felt he wanted to use his skills in the charity world, and to "give something back to the community. His key task will be to secure these referrals from a variety of sources ranging from local government to long term partnerships with other disability centred organisations. Any bright ideas welcome!
Recruitment started to increase the number of Tutors to extend the valuable work the current team does, and to develop the skills base. U Can Do I.T. currently has 41 Tutors and the aim is to have 60 available by the end of the year.
