As the Connexions and Camden Central grants come to their deadlines, there has been further work to recruit new students, but this is now slowing down and outreach work is beginning to focus elsewhere. Nevertheless, we have developed some promising relationships with other organisations, such as the National Deaf Children"s Society.Preparation of the charity"s annual report for 2002/2003 is underway and we are anxiously awaiting the final tally of tutorials at the year end - anxiously on account of the office sweepstake! What we do know is that we are well ahead of target in terms of the number of tutorials needed to fulfil our obligations to the London Central Learning and Skills Council, while the overall figure for London as a whole will be in the region of an increase of more than 50% on last year. Altogether very pleasing.
