An interesting opportunity presented itself this month, which we are now actively involved in delivering, and this was from University for Industry (UfI).UfI are responsible for managing all Online centres in the UK, and for Learndirect. The Government aims to have 97% of all Local Government services online by the end of this year! and UfI believe that Online centres are the perfect vehicles to help achieve this, so we are in the process of delivering a Pilot scheme, where some students are visiting Local Authority sites, and reporting back on what they found and whether the sites are accessible - results in August.
