The Outreach and Marketing department doubled in size during February, with the arrival of Rekah Modhal who was doing some work experience with U Can Do IT through her employment agency Employment Opportunities. Rekah was put to work by doing a mail-shot to 100 or so Occupational and Speech & Language Therapists throughout Hospitals in Greater London, and among other things she got to selling the U Can Do I.T."s service to a range of other organisations.Chris meanwhile presented our case to Norwood, a group of 8 residential centres in North West London, who cater for a range of disabilities, and also to the newly appointed Adult Education Manager of the RNIB.
His advertisement in Transport for London produced over 30 new student enquiries from a wide range of Boroughs.
