Can You Help Us?
There are many ways that individuals and organisations can help the charity. One of the problems we have is reaching people to let them know about the service we offer. If you have taken the UCanDoIT course then you will already know what a huge difference it makes to all aspects of your life- why not pass that message on!
Here are just a few ways that you can spread the word:-
Groups
If you belong to an online group especially if that group is aimed at disabled people tell them about the charity
If you attend any group that you visit (such as a day centre) ask them whether you could put a poster on their notice board - our office will send you these on request.
Doctors surgery
Ask your doctor whether you can put a poster up in their surgery.
Newsletters
If belong to any group or organisation that has a newsletter ask if you can put a paragraph or two in there. If you're stuck what to say we can always help.
