UCanDoIT have worked in partnership with a number of organisations during the past 10 years. We value the contribution that other charities and organisations can make towards our work, whether that be to allow us access to their members or to join us in delivering specific outcomes.

 

We have  worked with the following organisations: 

 

Association of London Governments, as part of the European Social Fund's (ESF) Objective 3 co-financing programme. The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) provided computers loaded with Supernova Software and we provided the training.

Learning & Skills Council North European Social Fund's (ESF)to provide ICT training to 50 people, Basic Skills, English Speaking for Other Languages/Skills for Life qualifications 1&2 for 15 people and NVQ level 2 training for a further 10 people.

Peabody Trust one of a number of partners to engage 200 beneficiaries in ICT activities via a variety of pre-training informal activities, Mobile ICT outreach, and a 'befriending' model.

Camden Central Partnership – Training Programme to provide blind, deaf or disabled residents from the London Borough of Camden with Internet Skills

South London Learning and Skills Council (LSC) - one year contract to provide 300 internet training sessions in South London

Action for Blind People - a three month project where they provided assessment sessions and career development workshops to UCanDoITs learners.

Camden Council to provide UCanDoITs IT tutorials specifically to the disabled people residing in the London borough of Camden

Lambeth Council - to provide tutorials for deaf, blind and disabled people within the London Borough of Lambeth

Connexions to train 20 students aged 13-19 years in Central London

London Central Learning and Skills Council (LSC) a two year contract to provide 900 internet training lessons in Central London.

Lambeth Council we were lead partner with "Working Together in Lambeth for Independent Living" to train  disabled Lambeth residents and to provide them with re-cycled computers for London Central LSC.

Westminster City Council and AbilityNet in a venture from the Paddington Development Trust to provide computers and training for  disabled people in South Paddington.
